Hi there.
Ive been using this forum for a while and i personally think the appraisle forum is a load of crap, its all over the place.
I think if you have an appraisle forum you should have a set of Dedicated appraisers who know there stuff and actually reply to appraisles and give genuine reasons. Alot of people are giving stupid, and wrong appraisals and this really puts people into a depression sort of mode. I know people shouldnt ask for an appraisal if they cant take the outcome but people dont give valid answers, its like the reply to get $NP and thats it.
If you read alot of the threads people reply with WHY such a low price?, or 'Why Does No1 Answer?'.
Theres a number of forums which give genuine free appraisals and personally this isnt one of them.
Many people think the same way as i do...there just needs to be some dedicated appraisers and some structure.
