Click Fraud Prevention (Code or script?)

Hi guys, im really concerned about click fraud and since many ppl are getting banned from google, id prefer not to. Id appreciate if some of you post links or script edits to prevent people reclicking ads from the same ip or a script which can show who has been reclicking your banners so that you can ban them. I sure many people are looking for the same so this should prove useful. Thanks in advance.

A free solution could be as simple as creating a javascript solution to only show the Adsense ad one time per page, per visit (Or just per visit) and have amazon affiliate ads or others in place after that.
Something similar to the popup script on my beingshortsucks.com (Borrowed, all cite info is in the header).
