I registered it on godaddy.com and am auctioning it off. The "certified appraisal" from godaddy.com places this between $750 - $2300. I figure with the high demand, large baseball fan base across america, and perfect timing for this domain sale, it should sell easily, but it hasn't had a bid yet.

People who want to create a website that will generate heavy traffic for ad revenue. Also what about the Cleveland merchandise sellers out there that could use this?

They don't use sites like this. They use the personal webpage of the cleveland indians.
Sites like this do not make money. Since the ads are directly from the webpage of the sports team.
