choose your hobby.
developing domains should be fun. It shouldn't feel like a job where you clock in and wait to clock out.

good question
but I'll go for the one you want and know how to do so I choose PowerUp's choice as well, how can you develop and create content for it if you don't know otherwise you need to hire.

:imho: let the domain you choose inspire and motivate you to develop it

I found if you develop domains in the subject your interested in the text flows, speeds things up alot. If you develop a site you have no intrest in it becomes really boring, real fast. Plus you dont have to look up-verify every little darn thing you say

Hi H3,
I guess I will agree with the others, go with "develop domain related to my hobbies". The only sites I have ever developed are in areas I enjoy and it works. Everything else I just park and monetize. Developing takes time and patience which is possible with a hobby.

I think this 2 combined will be better. But would just flip the order of them

1) - choose that have low keyword competiion to get top position in google
2) - Find the ones that interests you from that lot.

:) Done.

To make your site stand apart, you need to constantly update its content on a regular basis. More new articles --> more keywords ---> better search engine rankings for different KWs.

And Btw, I see you linking your Sedo parked sites via your signature. It's not a great idea and I would definitely take it off.

Do you mean choose low search volume? How to choose low keyword competition? or choose low keyword advertiser?

all my domains is parked. Do you mean my signature make my domain PR low because i link them to sedoparking?
Or should I remove link?

if i want to sign up google adsense should i choose domain with has advertiser competition?
How if choosing domain with has search volume but no/very low advertiser?
my goal is if someone type keyword in search engine then my site appears on top position. so i think domain should has search volume, but low competition. It should win on search engine for some keyword, espescially the keyword same to my domain.

The short answer to the Sedo question is that most monetizers are looking for natural traffic. I haven't read the explicit Sedo terms since I don't park there other than a few domains I don't care about. My *guess* is that you are violating the terms of service for Sedo.

I don't understand the logic behind high search volume but low ad competition. I have always done best with high volume, high ad competition, but that is HARD to find. The reason for high ad competition is that means people are willing to pay big to advertise... last I checked that was a GOOD thing... at least it has been good on my domains with high search volume and high ad competition. I suppose if you are talking arbitrage it is different since you do not want to compete with people for your own ads.

Note: AdSENSE is for publishers - it's where you put ads on your (developed) site to earn money. AdWORDS is for advertisers.

Thanks. on the site contain google adwrods means contain ads from advertiser. I thought if if there is some search volume for a keyword but no advertiser, i should place ads with different keyword form the keyword on search volume. Maybe it the answer.

I just scroll down the term agreement and check box 'I agree'.
