Help: To Park or To Develop

Hi i have some great domain names and incidentally ideas for the names as this domain name bring ideas to your mind the moment you see them , However considering the fact that most people would rather buy the "finished product" that is domain + website with traffic =$$$$. however my question is :
1. Is there still money in parking domains ? and can i develop / build a domain that is parked ?

2. Do i go ahead and develop the domain+website and later on say maybe in 6months try to sell the website ? this seems a lot harder but could bring in more $$$$ .

Please advice me on what to do .

1. Yes you can still make money parking domains (contrary to what others say. BUT you cannot develop or build a domain that is parked, nor can you promote it, nor can you drive traffic to it. It must already have built-in traffic, which is typically only found with certain expired domain names).
2. Developing a website and showing adsense revenue and flipping it on flippa.com is a good route to go - a lot of people make a living doing that.

The keywords should be related to the domain, can't just put a bunch of words that have no meaning to the domain.

Traffic may come but will leave when they see you have nothing like what they are looking for

Nothing worse when searching for something and getting fake results for the benefit of the keywords...

Is that really how it's done? High traffic keywords on any domain?
No wonder I don't get a ton of irrelevant traffic..geez, after all these years too!

Develop and use the keywords in your meta tags, but make sure it's relevant

Yes there is a vast difference in keyword values.

The competition level refers to advertisers on G[][]G and to what degree (level) they compete for placement of their ads.

so which would be more profitable for domain parking a keyword with low competition or one with high competition ?
