I'm starting to develop some more of my domains and I'm just wondering which domains you would choose to develop first? I am using Google Adsense and soon Yahoo Premium Feed. They are parked with Sedo.com right now. I want to concentrate on the top 2 that will be the most successful for ad revenue plus affiliate programs. But I have no idea which ones I should choose. Ultimately I'm sure it's just going to come down to preference, but I like to hear other people's opinions who have been doing this longer than I have!

Here are my top 10 domains I'm considering concentrating on next:

1. CollegeDebtConsolidated.com (Had $1+ clicks with keyword "loan")
2. ForeclosureFinancing.info
3. ForeclosureHelpline.info & .org
4. ForeclosureInvestment.org
5. ForeclosurePurchase.info & .net
6. ForeclosureSpecialist.info
7. LowerMortgage.biz
8. ReduceMortgage.net & .org
9. SearchTerm.us
10. SensibleFuel.com & .net & .org (Mostly developed, just need to finish)

I just noticed that www.foreclosure.com has a nice affiliate program - has anyone used that yet? Maybe I should focus on those since foreclosures are pretty huge right now?

I'd say:

1. CollegeDebtConsolidated.com (Had $1+ clicks with keyword "loan")
for an already good ROI ppc..

9. SearchTerm.us
is all time favorite and big in the market cuz everyone would like to know what is hot & happening in search related market..

However I may also look at developing this one:

3. ForeclosureHelpline.info & .org
gather information related to foreclosures and load your site wit adsense..

just my two bits bro !! good luck

ForeclosureHelpline.org & SensibleFuel.com seem to be the most relevant names currently. These have traffic potential. Debt consolidation is too competitive to make a breakthrough.

You picked pretty competitive markets; me, I'd probably go for lower hanging fruit and more volume.

But that said - this is where your Google tools be your friend. Pick out the five top keywords or concepts, and run them through the Google Keyword Tool to find out how many searches what the average CPCs are (note, you'll have to enable all columns to get all the information you want) You can also go to Google Trends or the new Google Insight to get information on trends of searches - when and where people are looking for your specific markets.

The Google insights tool is pretty interesting. Thanks for the link. Tried adding reps but I guess, I'm too fond of you, the system didn't let me. Thanks Meg.

Hey, thanks for all of the input - I've decided to focus on SensibleFuel.com since I can come up with beefier content faster since it's something I am already personally interested in and the research I need to do won't be painful like it is for me with Real Estate.

Thanks for the links and the tools and everything, I appreciate it!!!
