it is better to develop domain into mini site to advertise it here and there, to get it listed in different plases, to develop some traffic on it, and than to park it somewhere, if minisite ids not making you enough. IMHO.

Is there any other way to make a good minisite besides 1plus.net? I need some minisites that look more real.

Parking is an alternative to developing. If you were to develop, then park, the parked site would replace your developed one. Parking basically works for type-in domains unless you can manage to get your parked domain ranked nicely in the SERPS which isn't always easy.
