I have been offered one today for 23k+fees.

Tim Schoon sold over 100 in one day not too long ago.

I'm lucky enough to have a few CHPs left. Here's my strategy to sell. Once one sells I increase the price on all the other by around 20%. Than I wait for the next level and repeat. Its working. When I hit one left I'll just go through the roof on pricing.

With the new buyouts I try to cover my costs quickly and start the same strategy.
