chinese LLLL.com premiums are at at least $1billion value today?
Unlike Number .coms chinese premium LLLL.com boomed in value in a very short period.
Will they hold their value or is it the biggest BUBBLE ever seen in domains?

Where are you selling yours?

On Sedo with the domain parked so its only 10% commission. I don't like how long it takes to get paid some times but thats another cost of doing business.

That's right, I haven't sold on that platform for so long I forgot about that trick. Do they drag out payment longer that Namejet or Godaddy?

Last time it took 10 days from the time I got the first email till I got the cash in my account. How much did the domain go up in that time? Neat trick for the buyer. He likely brokered a deal in China during that time period. The domains moved over to China after I pushed it over. Should be payment in 24-48 hours our we can cancel the deal.

If you feel your name has risen in price cancel the deal do not worry of reputation.
I have bought 2 5N few month ago both was chinese seller , and both name was buy now , we waited to get name for 3 week after payment and after that they canceled the deal so i got med on sedo and since then not buying there too much waste of time, specially when you buying from chinese seller, they may be testing market or who know.

I don't think that is a good advice. A deal is a deal, unless terms and conditions are not fulfilled.

This is the difference between our western style of business and deal with Chinese seller or buyer.

Why sedo is not protecting me i have bought many name on that platform no even phone call from sedo team as that both name was for buy now tab, done payment chat with sedo team many times after payment and after westing my time they just refund me my fund back which i have used to acquire many good name that time.

I m not saying cancel for every single transection but if you do not getting fund on time why wait move on.

I don't think it is "East/West" thing though.

Good reputation does pay off though. You can do lots of business on trust, close deals on handshake etc. Eventually, gain would be much higher.

So you mean if some one sale as buy now on godady and seller back out how godady protect us , i buy many name everyday from godaddy but never bought any buy now so do not know how they deal in this kind of transection.

Name would be worth mid $x,xxx easy today. Godaddy would not cancel the transaction, they removed the domain from my acct within 1 hour of buyer making payment.

You right for us in western world reputation is everything may be too many crazy seller there , but when i even listing my name there for sale they asking me to verify my ownership, that mean they are doing with all seller then how come sedo can not do anything to protect.
My advice beware if seller is chinese which is hard to find but if transection are big you will stuck with your money for few days for sure.
