Chinese LLLL .com would average between $7,000- $10,000 by the end of Dec 2016.

That's prediction from most of the domain holders.

Do u agree ?

Yes or No

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
I think i understand why big domain speculators like to buy from Expired auctions and not from domain sellers , because if the domain flippers had it Their Way the price would be pushing 10,000 by now : } to buyers .
So if main buyers coordinate and only buy from expired auctions the price remains within reason.

When it comes to big money to be made it's utopical to expect communism and rational decisions.
Every party is driven to maximize their own profit.

The floor in China is moving up very fast indeed and it always takes some days for those prices to reflect in the western marketplaces but is starting to get there.

We're now at around 16700 RMB today which is close to $2.6k.

Everyone is entitled to their respective opinions, however, those suggesting it bore the similarities of the bitcoin crash and terminal price declines a week or so ago have in my humble opinion been proven badly wrong already.

The all time high of c. 18k RMB is now clearly only a matter of a short time away and this pretty obviously wasn't a 2/3 day recovery followed by a further crash like happened with bitcoin at it's peak. This wave up is around 12 or so days in and counting moving up from 11.5k RMB to where we are today.

Don't get me wrong, it was always possible it could have happened, no one could have been 100% certain either way although I was never in that camp, but things have moved on well beyond that now IMO.

I have also never seen such demand from Chinese investors in recent days looking to pay over the odds to buy.

Even in the last wave up I never saw this kind of demand and from speaking with others they have been seeing the same thing.

What are the fees on Flippa and 4.cn for sellers?

Thanks

I am unaware of 4.cn but I frequently use flippa for domain sales.

Flippa's $249 premium listing is best bet.

ok, and what's the standard fee on Flippa, 10%? Is the $249 capped or added on top of the 10% sale fee?

Thanks

Saying "AROUND" is vague, why be vague unless it's intentional. Especially when there is hard data.

:xf.rolleyes: Enough said. Here is someone who has ZERO knowledge of 4.cn, and citing FLIPPA as a 4L.com outlet. Yet knows the fate of all 4L.coms ... lol.

Excuse me, I just laughed so hard I sneezed. I didn't know that was possible.

Why would you pay $249 for a premium listing, on a liquid domain, whose value is already set in the $2.5K-$3K range, it will make 0 difference

If you factor in commissions, and 15 days to get paid, you are best to try namepros for free, and usually quick payment, 20% of $3000 is $600 your going to pay in house commissions.

10%, no cap on flippa. But you'll end up selling it for the same price, but slower and with higher fees. Just list it on the forum instead you'll get more $$

Edit: if anyone seriously believes 4L chips will reach 10k next year and willing to put their money on it I'll bet against you just tell me how much.

If you haven't used 4.cn before you will most likely not enjoy the payout process. If you look at the sales list above 4.cn does not achieve anymore than the western marketplaces. Chinese investors are bidding on all of them, so it is an even playing field now.

you mean HERE on this forum?

I doubt Chinese bidders will bid here...

Thanks

yes, you'll get similar offers. Maybe a bit lower than auctions, but less than 10-20% difference

Agreed. CN buyers are here, just put up a "make offer" here and negotiate your price. Some buyers will pay $100 under what you would sell it at market for, and others are actual investors that will play market value.

You could also look at recent sales and contact the buyers if their information is available via WhoIs.

There are so many sales every day; it's the best way to find a buyer.

I guess u have reading asthma

That would be reading allergies, not asthma. If I had reading asthma, I would have trouble breathing while reading your estimations about the 4L market.

Just saying... but that's my point. If you are going to post something, be accurate about it - not vague. Wether it's about the 4L.com market or reactions I am having to reading your inaccuracies.
