Chinese Buyers Question

Every single time I get an inquiry from a Chinese buyer about one of my domains the email is sent from one email address, but they want me to reply to another email address. Any know why they do this?

Problem is most of the time I won't get a reply from either address, I was wondering if it was because some kind of chinese government internet block thing

there are people with the same "sent/receive" email addresses who often don't reply either, so.......move on to the next.one

I got offers from Chinese buyers and when I respond and they are gone.
They must be fishing to find cheap domains.
