Dogs are very popular online, so it must have some potential, especially in France.

Chien.fr sold for $8,085 back in 2011. The extension .tv is not as valuable in my opinion. The french word may hurt the value, because the market is not as large as for english words. I would say low $xxx, should you find the right buyer (it might take long though).
