I have a ringtone name ringtonepirate.com and also website this is a fileshare website.

The site has some famous artists Youtube videos linked back to it ads on freebie sites.

How much you think its worth?

The better question is, is the website worth prison-time?

Having this disclaimer:

"File sharing is not illegal as long as you obey and comply with all relevant copyright laws. Sharing copyrighted material without the permission to do so is illegal. is not going to stop you having the pants sued off you, or possibly prosecuted. I am in no way a legal professional but it is my opinion that you are running a high risk operating your site in this way.

Usually there are one of more requests of deletion before to be prosecuted. Whenever you receive them, delete the files and you will not have big issues.

However in your TOS declare in clear way you will delete copyrighted files if found or reported. Even if you don't.

Domain value: regfee to low $xx
Domain+site value: depends by PR, ranks on SEs and traffic.
