I believe that the ".ly" domain extension should be compatible with GoDaddy, NameCheap, SpaceShip, DynaDot and other regs, you should focus with that first, ".ly" is currently not supported on all these registerars.

you have to change them as they don't exist

more than 100k .ly domain name is registered and the reason why this low number because of price , who the hell is going to register and renew domain for 75$
