Changeover

First make sure you have a screenshot or at least all the confirmation emails of when you regged your Premium .tv domains it is probably going totake a few days for the changeover to be complete. Most likely your password from www.tv will not work so request lost password and you will get a new one you can go in and change once you log in to your account highly recommended. Make sure your password is numbers and letters

Second check your nameservers on all domains ENOM is notorious for switching DNS to theirs and using their parked pages.

Third It looks like at $19.95 ENOM.tv will be the place to reg Non Premiums
and the renewal does not matter nor does a Godaddy Coupon you can reg for more than 1 year so 3 years is $59.85 so that better than two years for $50. If you are developing you should be regging for more than one year

Premiums will not be avail til the First Quarter of 2007 This is probably because demand media will do what verisign did park unregged premiums see what kind of traffic they get keep ther ones that do well and then set the Premium pricing for the others.

Renewals of premiums at $50 is probably just a default that will be changed so don't get too excited yet

My original post:

I am beside myself right now. I just logged in and discovered the changed name servers after finding some of my sites down.

I am wondering if they have a global way to change the dns servers. I refuse to go through and individually change each one. I am on the phone now with them on hold for a 38 minute wait. Luckily, I have speaker phone.

This is really inconvenient, frustrating, and most of all a major problem and unfair to dot tv account holders. There should be some sort of discount offered as the result of these problems.

My update:

Those scoundrels! After waiting for 5-10 minutes, I was transferred to some machine that requested my name and number so somebody could call me back. D-:

I explored the account a bit and found a global edit feature in the domain names section in the menu bar. I changed one of my names and used that as the source to update all other domains that have enom's parking pages.

Now for the downside. This could take up to 48 hours to execute and see if it truly works. :(
