I just found this thread, so I logged in to check mine...and I don't see the registration prices next to my premiums in my control panel...And MUCH more disturbingly, I noticed my domain GMA.tv has gone missing from my account and I am not listed in the WHOIS!
I just emailed enom, anyone have any idea of how long they generally take to actually reply to problems? the domain still points to my parked page at least...

My current case, after I've sent 2 emails to enom.tv and finally received their reply, it took 10 days.

Well I've sent 2 emails with "URGENT" in the subject and still I'm currently at 5 days of waiting for enom support. This is absolutely ridiculous. Premium .TV registrants should get serious support, or at least SOME support!
I mean, a top domain is MISSING from my account and I'm not in the WHOIS, and still no reply? Unbelievable!!
