Hello Everyone,

To remove the clutter and keep .CH domainers together, I feel it's better to have one thread rather than a bunch. So NNNN and LLL will be closed. Currently there are:

0 NNN for hand reg

1380 LLL for hand reg

6992 NNNN for hand reg(when I last checked a while ago).

All .Ch investors are trying to find out whether .Ch will pick up in China or not so here is a good news http://2345.ch/ is an established News and Business Aggregator Site, working since 2013.
Well, I hold 23456.Ch, Hopeful to get good price of it.
23456.ch is a terrible domain! You should donate it to me! :)

Thanks for this post-I just looked that's a major Chinese site-I just sent this off to a well known Chinese domain broker i know that had mentioned ( as ive said here ) that .ch could have a future in China. The great thing about .ch ( we have 5 very good pinyin ones now) is that the names we have bought are already aged-re Caifu.com ("wealthy") this name is 10 years old.

The overall market for chips in all extensions seems pretty soft right now. Don't know if .ch will take off in China anytime soon while everything else has pulled back. Definitely not as crazy now as things were in December and January. Interesting to see where it goes from here.

So:
March 2016 - 1 sale (actually for the year) .........compared to same month last year

March 2015 - about 20 sales

Anybody know why these stopped selling?

They doesn't stop selling, but since 2016, sedo reports only sales from $2000.- and above.
most .ch domains are sold under this price range.

I see over 200 sales being reported under $2000 this year for various extensions, .ch picked up one more, so...........2 for the year over $1,000. Just not happening with this extension.

Don't understand the question - https://namebio.com/?s=AM0UTOwcDN

.Ch names don't normally list on platforms reporting sales to NB, nor the target market for .Ch names (Switzerland and, speculatively, China) use those platforms for their purchases.

So, no, it does not mean sales don't happen. Just NB has complete disconnect from this market, unless it happens on sedo and sedo decides to report it.

Yeah, I know, but using the same source, what I was replying to:

That's not going up.

My first reply in this thread was that, replying to Jack using Namebio as the source showing sales.

And the people that are regging these, are free to report them here at NP, just don't see much of that.

And Sedo is a European based company and besides sales on that platform, get them from Golem.eu, where you might see these. So they do get listed on those platforms.

@hugegrowth @JackChan @London555 @domainerfella Can anyone tag and talk to ename and other chinese registry, right now none offer .CH domain registration, if they offer .CH, then .CH registration make skyrocket
Sorry I didn't notice the tag. I think it is up to the .CH registry to make contact with ename and the likes. I tried to email them. Their front desk told me they will only deal with registrars. So when it gets out of Switch may be we will see some change. .CH is hidden gem. Many Chinese are holding the extension too. At this point what we can do is to come together as a large .CH investors group in WeChat.

QHP.com is owned by a Chinese Tech company so imo if .ch catches on in China you might have a very good name here-good luck.

If you do form a .ch group on WeChat please post it here. Thank you.

i did create this earlier, but westerners don't get active in WeChat so it became a dead group. Let's try it again and add each person who has an interest in .CH and also let's invite Chinese guys we find in whois of CH domains. And we can plan many things for its promotion.
