Okay I see. Unfortunately account changes are not supported for this country-code top-level domain (ccTLD). This features is not supported for some ccTLDs due to registrant update restrictions. I do apologize.

My apologies for the wait. I have checked into this with an admin. They have researched this and there isn't a process to move the domain over to another account as mentioned in that post. I do apologies. Currently account changes are not supported for this ccTLD.
ME:Do you have the means to contact the guy who whote the post and ask him too?
You do realize he is representing GoDaddy's position for a rather large community.

I do apologize. I contacted an admin to clarify this and confirmed that this is not currently possible. My apologies for this. I did reference that post with them to be sure.
