domain CashPayingJob.com - Traffic 50 uniques a day!

Any time I receive an offer on a domain without traffic, it always makes me think, why did this person pluck this name out to make an offer on... Do they know something I dont? In the past I have received offers for names only to start getting traffic as soon as the deal is completed. I had a fair amount of interest in CashPayingJob.com a few months ago but I did not bite on any offers once i had more offer form several folks. I have owned this name for almost 2 years, a hand reg. At the time it sounded good so I regged it but not the plural. I just checked sedo and it is currently my highest traffic domain. Only 2 and a half days ago it was at 1-2 traffic :td: . Then I look today 31, 52, and today at 55 already. WOW! what the heck! I thought to myself maybe the plural has been bought and developed... so I checked and it is indeed a small portal ( i use the term portal lightly in this case) developed by namemedia/buydomains. I doubt this could spur the traffic, but then again who knows!

Assuming traffic keeps up what would you value this name at!

OK an update: traffic is increasing!

day 4 today so far 80 already!

Any thoughts on value for this name!!!

Be careful, if you try to sell it, the traffic may stop as suddenly as it started.

When ever I get a traffic boost, I try to wait at least 30 days, otherwise I post I do not know where traffic is coming form nor do I know how long it will continue for.

getting a little revenue but i have not optimized the lander or keyword will do now!

I missed a little taffic and revenue yesterday somehow my DNS switched momentarily thank god I have been monitoring this name!

I checked to day and total traffic is up to 297 after 5 days. The domain shows 227 but it has not updated todays traffic yet. Seems to be getting 70 uniques a day broken down like this:
United States 34,0 %
Great Britain 7,5 %
Canada (en) 6,9 %
France 5,8 %
Germany 5,8 %
Netherlands 5,5 %
I just switched the Keyword to "cash" and CTR and revenue both up from 0-1 clicks to 4 a day minimum. I am going to alter the Geo specific keywords and see if I can get the other countries to click also!

any thoughts on potential value would be appreciated!

quite descriptive, and a decently profitable niche(jobs/careers/employment), so to end user now, i think mid $xxx. you should be able to bargain favorable, so maybe even more.

This traffic, for other reason it must be natural as I do not see the real potential by checking. Your domain could be worth mid$XX resale, higher end-user. but once again revenue and traffic are factors.
