Name?

That's nice traffic, but we'd have to know the site name to be able to value;
The question that's important is: what are all those visitors going there to see? If it's a forum site, or any kind of site where they just want to see what's on it, the traffic may be worthless... they would just visit, see what's going on, and exit, without buying and without searching further through your links.
But if they're visiting while really searching for something, you may get good income from ppc's if this is a portal. And if they're looking to buy something, this is good traffic if you're selling product that they're looking for.
As an example, my domaining pard has quite a few 'xbox' names parked with Sedo (all undeveloped), along with some adult names. The xbox names far outstrip any other kind of name in visits... but they don't get any clicks. She's optimized them with xbox links, then dating links (only on xboxchicks.com and xboxchix.com, for obvious reasons), then a mixture of dating/xbox... but no clicks. The kids are just getting in there probably to see a neat forum, they see nothing but boring links, they exit.
The adult names, however, always get clicks. For her, adult names that have a fraction of the traffic of xbox names will get clicking traffic, while xbox gets nothing.
All traffic is not created equal. So, what kind of site you got, and what is the traffic going there to see?

Well if that's 400 Chinese teenagers clicking through from Sohu it's worth a few dollars over reg fee. If it's US traffic searching on keywords that pay $100 a click on Sedo it's worth a fortune. Somewhere in that range :)

A few more details such as the keywords and traffic origin and any revenue/CTR would make it much easier to narrow down.

ok guys here is the info

its a fansite with forum and other stuff.. its also got adbrite ads on but adsense can be used to.. also has cj.com affils on there which are diong ok.. and also a clickbank directory as another income source.. now i have only been runnign adbrite for cple days but have amade a couple bucks lol.. i thoght id try them as i never heard of them beofre until the other day.. but its earning.. so are the cj ads etc.. its all clean traffic. im on top of google and msn. the term is kandyfloss or kandy floss. its a site dedicated to kandyfloss as the single will be released in 11 days in uk charts and is tipped to go number 1. which is very likely with all the hyppe around.. im amazed myself at how fast the traffic is rising. and can only get better... so whats your take on it now? and the url is www.officialkandyfloss.com with .co.uk

ive had a few parties interested but nothing certain yet.. im after a valuation for current state.. but bear in mind it will be getting more visits as time goes by.. oh and traffic is coming from uk usa and eu

Just wondering, isn't there a TM issue here?

Given the trademark issues with the name and the copyright issues with the content it's not really possible to give a serious appraisal. Make what you can and be prepared to hand it over when someone asks.
