Can't respond to bid on SEDO

Although I've sold many names on SEDO without any real issues, I am currently unable to respond to a bid, which was made 2 days ago. SEDO site Keeps coming up with database errors and enters multiple instances of the same offer.

I've obviously written to SEDO stressing the urgency of resolving this as a good sale could be lost.

It would be useful to learn if anyone else is experiencing similar issues on SEDO this week? Thanks

I've noticed a SQL crash today while entering new names for sale but it seems they have their way into the db anyway.
