Can you suggest a similar wordpress theme?

Hi,
I like the look of this WP theme for my husband's woodworking business.

I prefer the navigation on the side while the main and sub images remain prominent. I am weary of the developer's feedback and was wondering if anyone has come across something very similar.

Or is it a big time investment to do this myself?
