no single platform is best for all your names, as some ppc's perform better than others for certain names or categories.

also important to note,
some platforms may deliver more inquires/offers on your names, than some other places,
while on other hand... those places that get less inquiries, may produce more pay per click revenue.

you have to move names around occasionally,
it's like changing the lure on the line... when the fish ain't biting.
