Quick question

I have a site called cash4you nothing fancy I set it up a couple of years ago and have not been there for almost a year. I set it up with mysite.freeserve.com but when I type in cash4you it is number 1 spot?? Does this mean anything as not many people will type in the name cash4you and is it worth doing something with as it is at no 1?? If it was and I did I would change it into a link related site for domain names and services so you all be welcome to advertise

Or should I just let it rot away :p

Its really badly set up lots of lost info now but just wondered as it has a no 1 spot was it worth revamping
