Guys I need HELP with GD auctions please read

Hi all,

I sold a name on GD auction which is expiring today and it hasn't been automatically transferred by GD itself to the buyer account as funds are still the in the 5 day authorization period.

Can you guys please tell me if I have to renew the domain for the push to happen? Please let me know.

Also...is it just me or Godaddy support is now ONLY contactable via phone call? I can't see the email option anymore!

I contacted GoDaddy last week via their GoDaddy 'chat' in the support section. Was quite useful actually and obviously an instant reply like a phone call. Might be worth getting in touch with them.

I use godaddy UK so it might be a UK thing? Unless they got rid since last week?

I wrote emails to the support no longer than a week ago or so, so today I was surprised not to see it there anymore! Can you still see it?

Because if you can it means that it's a " personal " issue..aka they forbid me to write as I bashed the shait out of them in our last email exchange!!! lol

Maybe you are on their email "Blacklist" since you "bashed" them? Maybe you should "Tweet" GoDaddy saying how much you LOVE GoDaddy service and they will remove you from their "Blacklist" and you can send them emails again. You might even get a coupon code. LOL

Seriously, I just checked and it's still there for me here in the US, California. Maybe it's local to you. It was there 5 mins ago here. You might have to call and ask.

I would try and email you a link but my office computer won't let me on godaddy at work...

have you tried logging in via godaddy.co.uk and seeing if you can access it that way?

Other than that I'm all out of ideas! :(
