If you are talking about the MasterCard Debit Card you get from PayPal, I don't think there is anyway for anyone to know it is directly connect to your PayPal. It also serves completely as it's own thing (you can use it where MasterCard is accepted, but not PayPal), so there really is no problem.

You should be fine using a debit card.
