Dear Namepros Community?
Would it be possible for a domain marketplace or even Namepros itself to do a domain auction to support the Ukranian war relief efforts?
Key points would be:
1) The domain donor is able to direct, at the time of listing, which charity the proceeds will support. An example of this would be the International Red Cross.
2) The marketplace providing the auction listings area would probably need to be the one to make certain that the proceeds go to that designated charity.

Any thoughts on whether and how this could be done? Any domain marketplaces that would be willing to give this a try?
There are probably thousands of domains out there that folks wouldn't mind parting with to do some good. And even if each only yielded a few bucks each, that could be very helpful for those starving in the war-torn regions.

Admirable idea, but I think one of the most effective ways for those that want to aid the crisis with a donation is to approach a relevant charity, with a bank transfer. When it comes to helping Ukrainians, I think people that care about the cause would look at a more direct approach, than through a domain sale for the most part. IMO
