Probably one of the most impressive Domain Names I have ever seen at Sedo
Sedo Listing for DomainNames.com

Seller since 2002 - can't really be Network Solutions right? I would think they would be doing this via NameJet if it was really up for auction.

How does Sedo insure such a transaction, hasn't there been a bit of a rise in bogus auctions lately?

That's also strange, because a few days ago someone posted that it wasn't redirecting to Netsol anymore, and that's what piqued my interest to do a check on the name which domaintools showed on Sedo.

Odds that Network Solutions DNS got hijacked?

i doubt if someone can hijack netsol's dns, it could be possible but for a moment only.
and it's using Name Server: NS49.WORLDNIC.COM
Name Server: NS50.WORLDNIC.COM dns of netsol
NS History: 5 changes on 3 unique name servers over 4 years.
IP History: 2 changes on 2 unique name servers over 2 years.
might be netsol's own doing.

Network Solutions stated that they would redirect it to their site when Bill mentioned it the other day.

As for the listing on Sedo, who knows if it was listed by NSI or not. Disney did sell Movies.com, so why wouldn't NSI sell DomainNames.com :bingo:

Sedo started in 2000, so NSI could of joined in 2002. It's just hard to say if the listing of DomainNames.com is Valid or Not. It's clearly one thing we can not trust with Sedo. :cy:

Atlantis.com is also listed for sale even though I'm 99.9% sure it won't be for sale.

24 offers for a name thats not for sale and sedo don't get the hint ?

I think there must be loads on sedo that are not really for sale.

I know people slate the hyphen - but one would fit in well here.
