Can I sell my newly registered domains or Do I have to wait for 60 days as per iCann rules?

you can "push" the domain name to buyer's account.

Example: you have the domain name at Godaddy and you ask the buyer to create an account and to send you his account email address and Customer number and you will send the domain in his Godaddy account.

The transfer is finished in a few hours.

You can sell it but only a push at the same registrar. I just got done with a deal that fell apart because of nonsense I will detail in a blog post.

But if you own the name at GoDaddy you can sell and push to client at GoDaddy. If you own it at IONOS and the buyer wants to transfer to GoDaddy 60 day wait.

Almost every registrars has the "push" feature.
