Can I park someones domain in MY account?

Im registered at bodis, parked, namedrive etc.....I want to test my brother's domain name out, but dont want to have to transfer it to my godaddy account because then if he wants to sell it and transfer it he will have to wait along time . He only has one domain so im sure these services wouldnt accept him by himself. Do you think I would run into any problems if I added it to my parking account at any of these services and set it up for parking with his name and address on the whois (same last name still, different address) ????

if he's your brother, then why not let him push the domain to your account and use your own name and address on his domain but you have agreement of course.

I really doubt you'll have any problems since you have consent and you have control of the domain (sort of). I home problems with ownership review @ ND and all they needed was to make sure I was the owner (I had a blocked whois) -> simple changes and they said that's fine.

Some parking companies do not allow a domain name to be submitted to your account that is not in your name..

Yup.You can contact admin to confirm whether they allow it.Or you can ask your brother to push the domains to you first.
