Can I legally show an aerial view of a celebritie's home?

This morning my site posted a story showing an arial view of Tom Brady and wife Giselle's home under construction. It's not a flattering story for Giselle, so Brady's lawyers sent a message to us to remove it photo.

What is the legality of showing the home? Heck, Google does it all the time.

Sorry, never mind. Turns out it's the photo's owner that is complaining. I know the answer to that one.

i thought this was covered under the freedom of press or something , like paparazzi but i have no idea
