You have done really well with site design, layout, and ad placement! I love the integration of the google ads on the post page

The CSS validates beautifully, but the xhtml does not. On the main page there are errors, and on the post page there are errors.

I have no clue what Buy to Let is ... maybe it is a Europe thing? Either way, you have a good domain name for your keyword!
