How can I improve this site?

Hi, I own a mortgage company and I also dabble in design. I've done a little work on this site but I've also had 10 different people working on it too because I just can't find the right person. I guess I'm too picky.

Please tell me what you like, what you don't like and what can be done to improve it.

You want to improve it? Your site is wonderful, however, you can validate the html code, css, etc. It looks awesome and colors are very nice.

Thank you all for your comments. Like I said, I'm somewhat of a perfectionist and I always want to know how I can improve something.

the boxes at the bottom arent aligned, you're drop down menues could be better,

Im not saying they're not nice cause they are i like the drop down menus but thats the only thing i can see being improved... good site, and nice domain

Yeah, I'm working on the alignment of the boxes. They look fine in IE but are a little off in Firefox.

I know the drop down menus need improvement and that's next on the list.
