Buy the poker website or sell my .com name to the poker site owner?

I have regged a .com poker name. After that, I found that the non.com name was already a site with 5 years history. The site says there are 50K members regged and 5K players online.
The site is expensive for me, so I prefer to sell the .com name to the owner of the site, or develop a pokersite with this .com name by myself.
My question is: how much should my .com name worth?
I already got 2 offers at sedo. I turned down them.

domainiacs.com is a good site.
comparing with the names sold there, I think I was right to turn down the offers I got.
but still not sure about the reasonable price range.
I will wait and see the next offer or offers.

BaronsPoker.us is simply a Party Poker Affiliate site thus I doubt they would be willing to offer much for the .com, theres a link on their site to build your own Poker Portal. I wouldnt pay $25 for that site unless it has huge traffic and according to alexa it dont.

There are thousands and thousands of poker names. Unless you have a super one I wouldn't turn down any reasonable offers. I think the names on domainiacs are over-priced. A lot of the ones that are priced in the X,XXX range should be only in the XXX range or less.
