I require a business partner for a new poker forum, which I believe will become very profitable in due time.
We will be running many poker affiliate programs including:

We will also be offering the following services exclusive to our forum members:
A poker league exclusive to forum members.
Exclusive freerolls for our forum members.
Exclusive buy-in tournaments for our forum members.
And more to be added as the forum grows.
As my partner, you will not be required to lay out any monetary capital, as I will be financing the site myself. Instead, your "capital" will be in the form of knowledge and experience, as well as work done.
A successful applicant will need the following skills:
1. A knowledge and understanding of internet marketing techniques (forum marketing specifically).
2. The knowledge of and ability to implement SEO techniques.
3. Experience as a forum moderator and/or owner (experienced poker forum moderators and/or owners will receive preferance).
4. A knowledge of and passion for the game of poker.
5. A passion and desire to succeed, and a strong, honest and ethical work code.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Advising me on marketing and advertising techniques, and implementing these techniques successfully.
2. Implementing SEO on the site, and maintaing the SEO structure.
3. Assisting in moderation of the forum itself.
4. Assistance in designing, moderating and maintaining social networking pages and groups for the forum.
The successful applicant will receive the following:
1. 35% ownership of the site including 35% of all profits made from the site.
2. Entry to our exclusive high roller forum moderator freerolls (will begin early next year, as soon as we are happy with the income from the site).
If all goes to plan, and our joint efforts are effective, I anticipate a monthly income from the site of $50 000+ at a minimum by the end of the first 12 months. If we achieve my minimum expected revenue, that will give you a monthly income of $17 500 per month (an income which will grow substantially over time).
