DavidWalsh.name has been recovered by Name.com.

The domain name was transferred from Godaddy to Name.com to 1and1. He wasn't a Name.com customer but they worked to get it back for him.

That's good service in my book

Hmm, that reminds me. Among the names there, scriptandstyle.com, instantshift.com, davidwalsh.name, designshack.net, and css-tricks.com itself have been recovered since then.

Thus, that leaves sohtanaka.com, kirupa.com and shiachat.com currently under dispute.
