A reminder to read them will be sent with every billing invoice.

If there is any conflict between the TOS/AUP and this notice, the TOS/AUP will take precedence.

Please include your main domain name in emails/support tickets.

Order Procedure:
Look at the cost of the NP plan and send the NP over.
In the comments box, please add these details :
1. Plan wanted
2. Domain name
3. Username (8 characters max)
4. Password
5. Contact Email

If we lack any of these details, we will PM you for it.
To ensure the fastest possible setup, please do not exclude any details.

Payment Details :
You will pay for the full term for the first month.
For the second month, you will pay a adjusted term on the 1st of the month.
From the third month onwards, you will be paying the full fees on the 1st.

EG. Plan registered on 24th, you will be pay (30-24) * plan fees.

Why? We do this to simplify billing, for you and for us.

Your site is resolving properly (workoutcentral.net resolves to 72.232.222.218)
Try pinging your site and see what you get.

Most people have computers/ISPs who cache DNS, and often blames us when they their ISP/Computer's cached DNS kicks in and resolves back to their old DNS (in this case, probably a domainsponsor page.

The only things you can do is flush your DNS cache and wait for your ISP to update their cache.

We would appreciate if our users don't jump quickly to the conclusion thats its always our fault.
There are many things beyond our control, including your computer and ISP.

I'm sorry, we don't do refunds for the current month as stated in the original post.
The only exception is when we are at fault, on a case-by-case basis.

From your PM, it shows nothing about us at fault, just you changing your mind about hosting.

Hi jerometan,
i'd like to ask you a litle bit question to you or maybe it can be called as compliance or something :)
why does my site always redirect to sedo when someone typing "www." infront of, although i had deleted my domain on sedo but its success when they leave the "www."?
my domain is karirdb.com i hope you can fix it

Well, browsers and ISPs have been known to cache DNS.

You might want to clear your cache by :

Start -> Run -> cmd

In the command prompt, type ipconfig -flushdns.

If it doesn't work, go to your browser and clear the cache.

Finally, restart the system.

This will speed up the cache clearing. Relying on the DNS records to expire may take a few days.

Also, this won't happen for your visitors, but rather, only for those who visited the www. site before the DNS changed.

I'm also having a weird problem with PHPmyadmin, which seems to be all out of alignment, like its missing its CSS file.

EDIT: can you also change my CPanel back to the original theme??
I was experimenting, now I can't change it back :(
