is there a way to tell who listed you as buddy and who listed you as ignored?

I didn't even know you could list people as buddies...

you can click on nick and add <nickname> to buddy list.

that one i know and that's my buddy and ignore list. im asking to know if there's a way to know if for example viewing a member's profile and it will tell me if im ignored or buddy of that user here.

and like for now if i clicked on any nick and added that person to my buddy list that person doesn't even know, or can he know?
