I just bought BreakingLocalNews.com and I plan on developing it. According to Overture, 'Local News' is searched for 129188 times and 'Breaking News' is searched for 38983 times per month. I think this gives the website some good SEO potential and I guess it would make it easy to remember.

Anyway, I got it for $10. Worth it?
