Singstar is a series of games for PlayStation (2 and 3). According to Overture, 'Singstar' is searched for 10,000 times a month and this domain is as targeted as they get - it would be reasonably easy to rank for the keyword and potentially sell affiliate products.

Marketing-Agency.biz is perfect for an end user, if you can find the right one I am sure it will reach XXX if not more. However as others will tell you the hyphen does hurt the value. As a .com it would be worth probably 10x as much.

Singstar.org might be a problem if Singstar is a TM word. I don't know too much about PS3 or the game itself but I would check to see if it is TM. If not it is a great name, the .org hurts the value. I would estimate around XX if it is not TM. I see that most of the other tld's are taken, might be a good sign

Yeah, I do see the problems with the domains as you pointed out like the hyphen but I got them for $10 - you'd have to be very lucky to get it without the hyphen for $10. :P

Thanks for the appraisal on Marketing-Agency.biz, I think the .biz extension is quite suitable to the domain but obviously not as good as .com.
