Brandbucket name servers issue? Domains are not redirecting to domain sales page

I have some names at BB such as zeroless.com and vessu.com. While I have set the name servers for these names to be ns1.brandbucket.com and ns2.brandbucket.com, they are not being redirected to the sales listing at BB.

They are giving me error of ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED in the browser.

When I check the DNS of these names, they are definitely set to the correct name servers but are lacking A record for www:

ERROR: I could not get any A records for www.vessu.com!

Is this a Brandbucket bug?

This could seriously harm the sales potential of the name since type-in traffic is not arriving at the BB sales page.

They should fix this! Anyone else with BB experiencing this issue?

My chrome seems to auto redirect to the www. version of each domain if I type in bare xxxx.com.

This is still a bug of BrandBucket right? The www version of each domain should definitely work in this case.

You could indeed ask them to add an A record in DNS for www.

And if they do, they will have to add www to the TLS (https) certificates as well.

Ask them to do this for all domains, not only yours.

Imagine the amount of type-in traffic who type the word then hit CTRL+Enter which ends up with www......thus a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error since all domains parked with BB have no A record for www.....

That's a really really stupid mistake by BrandBucket.....

TLS certificate isn't required in this case since it's just a redirect to actual BB sales page. Bare HTTP would suffice.

No, it's best to implement TLS for www as well.

I reported the error and linked this thread in BrandBuckets Slack channel. They've since corrected the issue, www. urls now resolve.
