30 days wait time to exchange Brandbucket name with other seller.

Yesterday , I tried to push a name to other BB account by editing the email but to my surprise this option has been removed.I contacted support to push names.Support exe directed me to join slack channel. There I get to know about this announcement.

Who will wait for 30 days to exchange names? It must be fast and easy to transfer names as it's domain that sells and not the seller name. Change of seller won't affect the domain then why this 30 days prior notice period required and also one needs to send snapshot of conversation on slack channel.Only benefit to BB by this I can notice is now they will be able to force each seller to join BB slack channel if they want to exchange names with other sellers.

you're not allowed to sell bp names either... sounds like armageddon for brandable market on NP :/. I guess you'll have to NOT publish names first then sail them on NP?

I guess they won't allow this as well. Ultimately we need to push the name to other BB account and for which first the name needs to be removed and then transferred which requires 30 days notice.

So I think steps will be as follows
1. Send an email to Brandbucket support 30 days before the transfer.
2. Wait for 30 days and then go to slack channel take a snapshot of conversation with other seller.
3. Send the snapshot to the seller support.
So they will remove the name then transfer it to other account.Or we can remove the name but transfer will be done only by them.

Contrary to the claim of 30 days wait, I bought two names with the new system, the seller sent the screenshot of our Slack conversation to BB, within 24 hours, the names were there in my account.

Glad to hear that. I guess I misunderstood the last line in the announcement. Can't understand why 30 days notice required to transfer the names is mentioned when only channel to transfer the name is via slack?

Even the screenshot doesn't required. Just a simple email from both seller & buyer will get it done.
