Anyone having difficulty in Chrome paying the listing fee? I can't get it too work..

On an iphone the fit is really bad. Buttons outside the screen, and half the profile dashboard to the right is cut. Been that way for a while.

At first I thought the browser froze but later I found out if I press page up I can find the payment menu.

I've been having that problem for a week. I notified @michaeljkrell and he couldn't replicate the issue so I thought it was my PC screen settings or something. The problem occurred in both FF and Chrome. Ironically, the problem seems fixed today on my Firefox browser.

The issue was that the drop down menu for payment was appearing in various parts of the screen. My work around was to zoom out on the page using my FF zoom feature and then click the payment option wherever it was located for that domain.

I had the same or a similar issue last week. I was trying to apply credits to multiple listings and then it just kept totally freezing up. I seemed to find a workaround by applying credits to one name, then submitting. Applying credits to another name, then submitting. In other words, just dealing with one name at a time.

I have determined the cause of the problem yesterday and sent to customer support. I am informed that the problem is solved, but was not able to check. Can anybody check whether there is a problem today?

Although I had a problem for about a week........ Today and yesterday the issue is completely gone for me on my Firefox, PC.

@michaeljkrell My issue occurred on both Chrome and FireFox via Windows.

Like I said, I found a workaround. Next time I get some accepts, I will try to recreate the glitch to see if it's still occurring.

I have another issue going on now, that Julia/the team is working on: I bought 110 credits using Paypal, and when Paypal sent me back to BrandBucket I got the BB Login screen (I had been automatically logged out). I ended up getting charged $100 but never received the credits. This was 2 days ago.

Sure, so it's on Chrome on Windows 10. It's only if your on a small laptop and your trying to apply the credits to a name that's at the bottom of the page.

So the box that says "pay using credits" is actually there, it's just at the top of the page. It's probably something to do with CSS absolute positioning or something.

Page Up on it as suggested by @kaposzta works fine.

I decided to give BB a second try (from the starting days I had decent sales, then had died down).
With the new platform seems that there's much more traction.

About 140 name I had on BB are re-instated now (had more which I sold to NP peeps or end-users)
+ I have 72 new names approved! (I had sent quite a few).

Hope it's a start of new beginnings! ahaha

I tested today and this error is no longer occurring.
