Mike - is it worth becoming a BB affiliate via Commission Junction? I ask because I applied over 2 weeks to BB to become an affiliate and have received no response whatsoever, so I was wondering if it was worth the effort ?

The goal is to get submission reviews down to one week, but things are running a little behind now due to a large influx in submissions. Hopefully they will get reviewed in the next week.

Yes, definitely. There shouldn't be any more work involved in setting up the affiliate links then any other company on CJ.

Nice mike, I have similar names in quality that have been at bb for over 3 months with no sales

Thanks, Judge. The only thing I can say is that you just have to be patient. When I had around 100 names on BB previously, I would sometimes go 2-3 months without a sales, and then have 2-3 sell in a week.

BB is constantly putting resources at attracting end users, so the potential client pool will continue to grow.

Congrats on the sales Mike - do you do anything to promote your names other than the BB site and your own site? e.g. e-mails, facebook etc...?

I do not currently. I have a small email list on MediaPlow, but I have just been so busy with other things, that I have only sent out on email.

Thanks for the quick answer! I was curious as I've just had my first name listed. Logicbrick - it took just under 1 month from submission to acceptance and listing for those who might be wondering, and I was wondering if it was worth trying to promote names or if I should just rely on the BB website and email list

I've submitted three of my best domains. Going to compare this with Namerific - while it's free to submit, they seem to have a really strange policy for choosing which domains to list. I suppose it's just subjective to an extent. BB has much more traffic which means more eyes on my domains.

One of the domains I submitted got approved like 2 weeks ago. I paid for it and it shows like awaiting review. A few days ago i received an email saying that the domain was rejected (?).
It still showing as accepted on their site.
I'm waiting to hear from Michael on what is going on, I also sent an email to them.
We'll see what happens.
