It's a pretty broad set of questions you are asking!
(1) Which one...? Not sure I understand. There are many good brandables sold each year. Please clarify.
(2) There is a very lengthy discussion on age in domain names, some of which relates to brandables. https://www.namepros.com/threads/aged-domains-question.1046474/
(3) I would say with brandable you are seeking good names for startup companies, so existing traffic does not matter (and might even be negative if the traffic was for a use in conflict with the startup area). I suspect come would argue the opposite though.

I find that going to sites like the following and reading through listings give you ideas of what is a good brandable.
https://www.brandbucket.com/
https://brandpa.com/
https://www.brandroot.com/
and many others

I also find it good to browse the list of what actually sold on BrandBucket here (and elsewhere for other time periods) http://dngeek.com/2015/05/here-are-1134-names-that-sold-on-brandbucket/

Of course the brandable listings here at NPs will help guide you too!

Good luck,
Bob

traffic, nor age matters

the name matching the purpose or intent, of their idea, and price...is what matters in the end

it's always best if they find you, rather than you trying to sell them the idea, before they get it on their own.

imo...

1) e.g : There is a company envato and this domain was sold on Brandbucket. But i don't understand logic behind this domain.

Envato operates a group of digital marketplaces that sell creative assets for web designers, including themes, graphics, video, audio, photography and 3D models.

Looking at this example i would rather prefer a brandable name which starts with word digit like digitalog, digitalovo, digiloga etc etc

2 ) I will go through these threads

3) Thank You for this answer

You are thinking logically not creatively. They likely chose envato because they like it. Brandables tend to be more unique and not just another “digi” Name to use your example.

Something worth noting is not every person means the same thing by brandable.

There is a big range of considered brandable. A brandable can be a made up word (non dictionary) a one or two dictionary word, a creative spelling of a real word. They can also be part keyword part not.

Brand bucket is on the Avant-garde end of the brandable spectrum. That is just one version. More common is part keyword like you mentioned.
