advice Brand Bucket Question

I have recently started adding domains to brand bucket. I know that their TOS dictates that you cannot sell the name outside their marketplace yet I often see posts listing BB domains for sale here to other BB account holders. Is there a loophole I am unaware of?

You can sell your domain that is listed with BB so long as it is sold to another BB member and they transfer into their account.

BrandBucket implemented a feature on their website to allow immediate transfer of domain between two BB sellers.

They accept it because the name remains on their marketplace.
