Greetings guys (and apparently the few gals in the joint),

I just logged in to see I have a trophy for being female - but it came with a price it seems! Golly gosh gee whiz, you know us "girls" are just suckers for baubles and trinkets and will do ANYTHING for adulation. Heck, even something as revealing as making a forum post.......excuse me while I genuflect.

Ahem, you gave me an effin trophy for having fallopian tubes?!?!?! Because there "aren't many women domainers so we must be tough"?!?!?! If I could reach through this thing and get my hands on you (whoever you are oh mysterious forum admin) I would smack ya on the back of your Luke Skywalker beanie!!!

All indignation (dramatized) and venting (playfully) aside - this world of domains is a pretty interesting culture I am still learning. I just wandered into it a couple weeks ago so I am pretty green, making plenty of mistakes, experimenting here and there, forming some early opinions (I'm looking at you Flippa), and hoping this sudden obsession actually pays off to some degree. It seems a lot like learning to play craps; it's gonna cost you until you know the game. Looking at you again, Flippa......

I want to pick peoples brains, network, learn tricks and share some of the few I know, applaud, rant, celebrate, and have fun doing it all. It's good to finally socialize - I have been too busy jumping at every turn. I can deal with the club - but can the club deal with me?

Welcome to the forum, going by what you have said you sure seem like you are going to fit in around here.

Don't worry too much about getting a trophy for basically just being female, they don't mean anything by it. There are a a few badges on there that are just given away.
