domain BooksChildrens.com - Please Appraise

I Like to use estibot appraisal before registering for a domain. At once point, I was shocked to learn that the domain i searched, BooksChildrens.com was valued at $5,500 by the estibot appraisal. I found out that the domain was still available, then I Registered the domain.

But I'm a little confused on why the domain is valued at such amount. I Realized that the domain has misspelling and the records of wordtracker shows zero results. I Really hope that anyone can help me to appraise the real value of the domain. Thanks.

Children is the plural and childrens makes no sense. Not so good name IMHO...
I'd say reg fee. Sorry.

Sorry I would agree. Don't see much value here. The s at the end of children kills it. I would say reg fee as well.
