I think it is likely, because it is a new angle for them to promote. Since many people will have iPhones and other such devices, it would be smart business sense for them to do a commercial about BofA.mobi.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but BofA ATM's are advertising bofa.mobi. I took a crappy pic here: Screen shot . You can't really read it, but it says "Launch www.bofa.mobi from your cell phone", plus it has a "Print Details" button.
