Anyone here had any dealings with Mojo MarketPlace through the BlueHost Cpanel?
I tried it for the first time last night. Found a Word Press theme I liked, bought it through paypal. Got the Paypal receipt, but didn't get anything from Mojo about the download. No phone support. Filled out a support request last night that still hasn't been looked at. Looked up their parent company mojoness.com and it hardly has anything on it.
Under support it says:
Sorry for being gone.For marketplace support please go through the necessary marketplace that you bought from. We no longer support our app themes.
Logged into my bluehost account again today and went into Mojo marketplace and checked my purchases. Said I'd paid, and my product should be ready soon. A download?
Called bluehost. they told me yes, they are now using Mojo Marketplace, but don't offer support or have a contact number or have much to do with them....to which I replied WTF?????
Anyway, if someone could shed some light on how to get the theme I paid for, I'd appreciate it.
